Funny day

Today started off just like any other day same shit different day kind of thing until a prayer group was held in my living room. Now i wouldn't call myself a religious person, i believe in my God, i try to do good with what i believe in etc, my friend on the other hand have become very religious, reading the Bible and going to church on Sundays. I have a very open mind so I like to listen in and participate in things like this sometimes it makes me feel just a little stronger. So a few people show up at the house and the prayer meeting started, we talked about accepting who we are as people and that we make mistakes and that kind of thing. Now at the end when we are doing this group prayer funny things started to happen. The woman sat next to me shouted out: 'Praise the Lord, Oh Hallelujiah, Praise the Lord... Shamone'! Lol I couldnt believe it at parts I could barely control laughing when everyone was singing of key but this, this was just something completely different. Shamone??? As soon as the prayer was over, i had to leave. I just colapsed laughing. So next time u pray dont forget Shamone Hee Hee! Lol

I like prayer groups cause it gives courage and i always come out feeling so much better but i do have a problem with laughing a lot at small things that maybe arent that funny. Even as a kid i always used to get in trouble for laughing at the wrong moment! The whole Shamone part was just so funny and i am so lucky i didnt laugh cause the last thing i want is to make other people feel weird or bad about me being a joker! Lol

Prayer never killed any any one, you lucky for having this courage to join a community at church. Do you know it is also a good meditation and inspiration for your self just make some vacuum around you that stop thinking about all those problem of life.
