My name is Julian. I'm from Melbourne, Australia.
New albums, new albums, new albums. I honestly am not a very big fan of rap,at all. But Eminem is an exception. His lyrics and they way he sing/rap's are catchy, clever and mostly these days, comical. Eminem has changed the course of music itself in my opinion. His constant taunts on public events, celebrity's and other offensive words have opened up and alterd the music industry itself. I respect Eminem as an artist, and more so the way he has ridden the music industrys ride, and continues to do so. The man knows he is sold out, he writes pointless and un-meaningful lyrics in his later songs, and makes stupid and comical music videos. He also knows that people will buy his music regardless. Eminem has taken advantage of the media and sucked everything he could from him, and i congragulate him for this. He is a genius in my eyes, a musical and business genius. His new album RELAPSE is due to be released on the 19/5/09, be sure to check it out.

I like your blog. I too like Eminem's music (mostly his earlier stuff) .. some of the lyrics in his songs are comical (Ass Like That is my fav) but for the most part I find him to be a deeply disturbed personality. Mosh, Lose Yourself, Stan .. I listen attentively to his lyrics, they're so real-life, kinda makes me just shake my head and say "wow!". But that's just me. Did you catch his performance at the AMA's Sunday night? He's still got it !!
