Stress - Kim Please Help Me
Written by Kat93 on March 15, 2009
For the past few weeks I’ve started to feel really stressed about my upcoming exams and coursework deadlines. My grades are really important to me and I want to do well, but I know that my parents have high expectations of me. I feel that these expectations may hinder my performance because of the added pressure. Although I usually do well on exams, these ones are very important because I need high grades to get in at my chosen college. This adds further strain, and only makes me more nervous. Kim, I know your fans and fellow dolls rely on you to produce a great performance, which you obviously succeed in doing. I was therefore wondering if you had any advice for me to help me overcome this stress. Love you; you inspire me each and every day.
Love Kat
xoxo

=) in my experience exams may be very stressing for me, especially when it's closing in or if I still have a lot to catch up/learn.
The worse thing to do is to stress out and get all nervous. To reach that level of confidence where you know you're ready for exams, what I usually do is go over the major concepts studied during the course and try some random questions from every chapter. I also review my quizes, tests, and notes =P
Try to feel good about yourself, and be prepared for your exams. Feeling a lil nervous is good but too much isn't a good thing.
ur friend anneso summed it up well xD
