Please need help fast financial freedom FHA loans on reverse mortgages is now giving inheritors the chance to buy there home back at 95 % of the appraisal value and my home i inherited was appraisedat 40,000.00 so that means i have to come up with 38,000.00 to paythem off so i need a loan fixed rate for 30 years or for as long as ittakes to pay it back with interest , Or if it is in your heart to justpay them off period I would be grateful . I'm disabled and on ssi please can anyone out there help me i only have till the 21st of Feb unless they grant me and extension need help to stop sale of my home please I'm begging for any one that can help me i just went thought bankruptcy to save my home they had to put it in as personal property because my name is not on the deed and is not on the reverse mortgage because at the time Mr ledford did this i was not 62 but they promised to put me on when i did turn 62 and then they sold it to a subsidiary they told me two months after Mr Ledford Passed that they did not have to up hold that promise because they didn't make it ....it is in a trust and i inhered the property my bankruptcy was only to save my home please i have my discharge of July 27 2011 please help me I'm64 years old please can you please help me or any one that would be willing to give me a chance i can make payments up to 250. to 300.a month and i will have it put on auto pay so you know your going to get your payments please help me desperate in Stockton contact me at snowangel60@sbcglobal.net i need to have them payed off and then have my home financed for the 38,000 please I'm begging for help anyone i cant lose my home my family was raise here in this home it means everything to me it is all i have please I'm all alone and need help family can't help me they have there own problems to deal with please anyone will they postponed it till the 6th of March 2012 please anyone help me
