Do you want additional Privacy Settings on Dipdive?

Hey everybody,

Now here on dipdive and especially on Beautiful Movements i think i can safely say that there are quite a few people that open up about certain things that maybe they would not want to tell just anybody, but more the people they trust, respect and know. For some time now it has been bothering me that anyone can look on our profiles and read our personal blogs and entries.

When i first joined Beautiful Movements and Dipdive i encouraged one of my friends to do the same. Since then i have expressed feelings and emotions to my BM family that i DO NOT wish my friends who i face everyday to find out about me.

My idea is simple, that Dipdive introduce some privacy settings, so that only people you are friends with on the site can see your blogs and so on.

I urge you, even if you are not bothered about people reading your blogs and things that you still help out and send the following message to the following email, to give other people like me the option, and feel comfortable about opening up and writing what they feel without having to worry about the consequences.

Hey there my name is (*insert your name*) and i have been using dipdive for (*amount of time you have been using this site*) 
I love the site and i am particularly involved with Kimberly Wyatt's Beautiful Movements channel. 
As the channel is based on the message self expression and also being able to deal with issues and feelings in our lives, me and quite a lot of other members felt that for us to be writing such personal feelings in blogs e.t.c we didnt really feel comfortable with just anyone being able to read them. We all thought it would be a great idea to introduce privacy settings, like on other sites such as facebook, twitter and myspace so that we could have the option to make our profiles visible to only the people we were friends with on the site, and for people we have blocked to not be able to access or locate our profiles and so on. We realise this may take a lot of work and time but for this option to be available i think SO many more people would use this site, knowing that their personal things can remain personal to them and their friends would be a great boost.
