Where is the... logic?

I've just read "The list of rappers" article in Russian version of Wikipedia. It was told there that there are all rappers who have at least 5000 sold records. Will.i.am is there, thank God, lol. Taboo is also there. Apl is not there. Where is the logic?

Well, maybe they mean Apl hasnt sold 5000 records as a solo artist. Or simply they dont consider him as a rapper
