Believe in love then you’ll find love (a poem)
Written by RaRa on July 24, 2009
we were asked if love is a reality or just our imagination/something like that and put it in a poem. and here's what i've come up with. :D
Believe in love then you’ll find love
By Razzel Nizza L. Mendoza
(ha! i've exposed my full name XD )
Believe in love then you’ll find love
For so long as you believe, it will come to life
From an idea, it can burst out to flames
Out from your chest to come and save the day
From the depths of the forgotten valley of life
Lies the most precious truth not all can have
Forgotten as it is, manifests only to those who seek
And walk through dangers to experience love as it is
Disguised as a myth, it deceives the fools
Believing it as a stool, this gold so pure
But the time-tested knows truth
That for once, life is offering the goods
So seek your lifetime if it is what it takes
The truth is there, you just have to wait
For love is never intended to be found at once
Because if it is, now where would be the fun in that?
