This week an amazing story is unfolding that I invite you to follow. Against all odds, in a few hours a young aboriginal man called Corey Webster is arriving in LA to hit a studio with Taboo from Black Eyed Peas and legendary music producer Keith Harris. Last October Taboo,Donna Karan and other ‘Nomad Two Worlders’ visited Redfern Community Center in a suburb that had erupted in riots just a few years ago. Corey struck me as a (justifiably) angry young man –but with the help of family and community he expressed his anger through music and dance. We were all blown away by his talent. The result: due to the generosity of Taboo, V Australia and many others Corey lands in LA to work with Taboo and Keith starting today. Attached photos with story to catch you up.
