Dance power

Self expression is important in everyone's life.
Each person has got his own self expression style.
Some like to talk, some like to draw, some like to write...
Well, i like to dance.
When we dance it feels like nothing else matters. It feels like our concerns vanish on our movements, and good feelings come right inside us. Dance time is the time when we believe that anything can happend, and that we can do everything !
The dance art has a movement vocabulary vastly greater than words, and we can express our selves without having to tell anyone how we are feeling.
You don't need any music playing for it. You can just imagine your favorite song, or even make your own song up ! It doesn't matter which is your style (hip hop, pop, slow, r&b, rock, ...) if it's music, you can dance it ;).
Well, this is my way of expressing myself. What's yours ?

I can sing totally wrong and bad LOL but it's good sometimes, when i'm mad at somebody, i just put a song that makes me interpret the song LOL (Since U Been gone by Kelly Clarkson is one of my favs at this moment of madness to me LOL)
Dance is so cool too ( I don't know dance, btw, but i can do some crazy moves LOL) and love dance in my bedroom *-*
like here in Brazil we say, " some gestures worth more than words."

I like to express myself singing. I love to sing, although I'm not a professional singer haha
I always find a quote from some music to express what I'm feeling in the moment, to express my happines or sadness! I'm always singing... I'm always listening to music!
Music is life, music is expression... Music is my daily happiness and I love expressing myself by music :D

To be honestly I don't like to dance... I mean.. I like but just for myself hahaaha
I prefer express myself through words, writing.... I think it's a perfect way to get me free !!
I also like to listen good songs to relax cuz I like to let me the music set me free hahahha
Life is a art and every single movement in our live is a way to express ourselfs =)
