Rob Nevins' Diet

Written by caseydip on November 6, 2009

Saw this guy Rob Nevins on television a while ago with his diet, The Skinny Switch Secret diet and he was claiming that you can lose weight without having to exercise and you can eat anything you feel like.

Now I'm not fat or in need of losing weight or anything like that. In fact, I can eat almost anything and still not gain weight.

However, there are many of us that weren't blessed with that ability. I wish I could put on some pounds though (as in muscle).

Anyway, I did some research into this diet and found that it might actually work. I've heard about diets that resemble Rob Nevins' diet and they seem to be doing a great job of helping people lose weight.

Diets like this one are so different from traditional diets because they help people lose weight faster and you are never hungry on these diets. You can actually eat anything you want because of how the diet works.

The basis of the Skinny Switch Secret diet is a process called calorie shifting which from my research isn't all that popular but many new diets are using the techniques to help their users see actual results.

Rob Nevins himself seems to actually know what he's doing because he has helped over 40,000 people lose weight as a sports nutrition and weight management expert. He holds regular workshops and seminars in his area of Connecticut which is where he got the title of " America's Fat Loss Guru."

This might actually be worth a try as well as any other diet that features the calorie shifting method.
