LABELLING

Written by liz-auzzifan06 on July 28, 2009

hi guys

i was just thinking, is it necessary to label things or people.  an example of this is like ur describing a sport player in the other team. 'she's the one with short hair with black, blue shoes, a really good setter and who looks like a tomboy'.  why does the tomboy part have to be in it?? i just in that moment thought it was funny and that you don't even know that person bt already making an assumption based upon their looks.  Or when I heard someone say 'you know a chinese takeaway container?' Why does it have to be a 'chinese' takeaway container?? Can't it just be a 'takeaway container'.  so that why i'm writing this, i think by labelling those people or things, we've already made an assumption about that person and in turn we might act out those judgement we have upon them, even without getting to know them.

Influence girl. This world is going crazy. It happens everywhere and people seems to be okay when its not. ITs also called political correctness if I'm not wrong :) But as one of a BM family member, lets try and influence the world back!

Labelling is only good for tins and cans so you know what your going to eat. just incase it's cat food.
