I like to think I do some of them, but however I think I might have to try walking around for 10-30 minutes a day smiling.
I'd also say, live everday with the 3 P's;
Passion, Persistence and Patience.
Thanks

I must admit, after reading it for the first time, I dismissed it out of hand thinking "not for me". But after reading my own blogs and realising how sad my life is, maybe I should give it a go.

Happiness lies in the taste and not in things, it was happy because it has what we like, and not because you have what others are pleasant.....with love :0)

:) thank you for this blog roof. i'm going to pass this on as a forwarded email, if it's possible. i think it can change many people's lives.
the thing is that, usually, we read those things, we put them into actions for the first few days after reading them and after a while, we forget what we read.
i think it requires determination and strength to practice those things every day of our lives. and thanks to people like you, we are reminded of those little things that can bring a huge change in the world.
love you!
