Hi love how u doing? im ok, been a bit quieter on here than i would have liked this week as i had 2 interviews today (both internal though so its no secret, haha). im just so tired, you know when your adrenaline gets u going then after u feel worn out. i hate internal interviews, not that i would lie anyway but u cant even exaggerate things at all coz they know everything anyway, so some questions were kinda hard. ah well. apart from that the runnings not too bad. i did 11 miles yest which is ok but i had=ve a blister and my knee is sore. i wore my old trainers which was a bad idea - not enojgh bounce!! eek. so i think im just gona swim tonight to relax a bit. hows u anyway? whats new? been working hard no doubt? hope all is good :) xxx
