How to add videos to your page

OK then, to upload a video go to "My Gallery" > "Multimedia Flash" > Upload file PLEASE NOTE, FILE HAS TO BE .SWF > publish if you want.

OK then, in depth.
•The video needs to be .swf
To get a file to .swf you may need a .swf converter, you can get one hereNot the best type
•Then convert it.
•Then make sure the file ending is .swf
•Then go to "My Gallery" 
•Then go to "Macromedia Flash".
•Then enter the description.
•Then upload an image first. 
•Then upload the file. 
•Publish
Please note, you can not upload more than 10MB

yeah, but it's also possible (in theory) to upload video files like mpg, avi and one more... don't remember
