I'm going to keep this short, I promise lol.

I was having a good day hanging out with my friends until I came to know that I've been badmouthed by a couple of people whom I thought I could trust. Well the news didn't really bring me down, to be honest. You see, I trust people easily. I find it easier to give people the benefit of the doubt than to keep questioning what their intentions are.

My stand is simple - if they decide to breach my trust, then that is their loss.

Anyway, to everyone who are in the same situation as I am (I'm sure there are aplenty since trust is constantly an issue in life), I read somewhere that the only reason why people talk behind our back is because we are ahead of them.

So know your place in this world and ignore the people/things that will bring you down, and you'll do just fine :)
