The past 10 months have been gruelling. After 12 years of education, I thought I will get a long well-deserved break. Of course, God has other plans for me. He made me go through so many experiences and allowed me to learn so many lessons that I would not have learnt even if I were to spend 5926 years in school.

One thing that I'm extremely grateful for is that I have managed to face the skeletons in my closet. It took a lot of courage, fear, hurt and tears to do it, but ultimately I succeeded. And for the first time in many many moons, I can safely say that I am actually at peace with myself.

I don't know what is going to happen in the future. I am sure that there are many rocky roads ahead of me, especially when I embark on a new journey as an undergraduate, but I am ready to face these challenges head-on. Okay maybe not. Maybe face them with gradual apprehension, but I will get over them somehow. Haha.
