Polo Molina Statement / Thank You
(Los Angeles, CA: June 25, 2009) – On June 21, 2009, Polo (Liborio) Molina, a manager for the musical group the Black Eyed Peas, voluntarily presented himself to the police in response to a complaint initiated against him by Mario Lavandeira, also known as Perez Hilton. As a result of that complaint, Mr. Molina faces a single count of simple assault. Given the nature of the charge, he was not held for a bail hearing. Hilton launched an immediate civil suit against Mr. Molina in the Los Angeles Superior Court.
Because of pending criminal and civil litigation, Polo Molina declines to comment at this time on Hilton's allegations. He will respond at the appropriate time. He would like to thank everyone for their support.

Support Polo Molina 100%. Fergie should ask her lawyer whether a case could be made for suing Lavandeira for libel based on all the rubish he has beeen writing about her. There is plenty of evidence around, and any number of people may be willing to appear as witnesses.
